Meet Alida.
I spent 15 years in the insurance industry, working across the U.S. and Singapore before leaving corporate to build a business of my own. That experience taught me how businesses actually operate — how customers buy, where processes break, and how difficult it can be to introduce new technology without creating even more complexity. Over the last few years, I’ve added AI, automation, and AI-powered systems to that toolkit.
Today, I help businesses put AI to work in practical ways. I don’t start with the latest tool and go looking for somewhere to use it; I start with the people, processes, and problems already inside the business, then determine where AI can genuinely save time, improve service, or create revenue. Whether I’m hosting AI Office Hours, training a team, or building a solution for them, the goal is simple: less AI hype, more AI that actually works.
